Batch #2 - with spring and red cabbage

Right, a simple one to break the month long posting silence:

Ingredients:

1 red cabbage
1 spring cabbage
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of sea salt







Method:


Finely shred cabbage and chop garlic small to ensure it is evenly distributed. Follow the steps outlined in the basic sauerkraut recipe to prepare and store the mixture. Finally I am left with a lovely looking jar of sauerkraut:








Another decent pink jar of kraut!
