I am a father of two and husband to a brilliant superfood guru
(click to see her blog!) and have recently discovered how easy it is to make fermented foods, and am benefiting from their healthy properties. I do not have masses of time, but have managed to work this into my life leading me to believe that if someone like me can get to grips with this than surely anyone can!
I thought I would chronicle this to show others and ensure they never eat rubbish sauerkraut again!
